Review the Texas Connect Trust Agreement, Information Statement, and Investment Policy.

Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Participation through your institution’s governing body.

Complete Forms
Fill out, sign, and email the completed Application and Participant Certification, Authorized Signers Certification, Bank Account Registration form, and the Resolution Authorizing Participation to the Texas Connect Client Services team at [email protected].
